As a multisport athlete, you've heard about the importance of recovery as it relates to training for three sports and the rest your body needs. However, recovery can also refer to the way your body moves when you are swimming, biking or running. Think in terms of how your body moves and your weight shifts from side-to-side. The way you activate your muscles and your range of motion are part of recovery, whether you're thinking about a swim stroke, a pedal stroke or a foot strike.
