Bennett was fourth in Beijing and aims for a spot on the podium at age 37 in her second Games appearance. Her husband (and coach), Greg Bennett, was fourth in Athens in 2004 representing his native Australia. Bennett’s father and two brothers are very talented amateur triathletes. She qualified for the Games at the May 11 ITU World Triathlon San Diego.
