COLLEGE RECRUITMENT MANAGER
Hometown: Alta, Wyo.
College degree: Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Stanford University (Stanford, Calif.) in 1991
When did you start at USAT: 2006
Roles and responsibilities: I work in our High Performance Department and Talent ID for our Olympic team from the NCAA swimming and running ranks. All but two of our Olympians ran or swam Division I before doing triathlon post-grad. I recruit, assess talent and mentor potential Olympians who have a background in the other sport and who are done racing for their university.
Favorite part about USAT: Watching talented and thankful athletes I work with embrace, thrive, and succeed in triathlon.
What keeps you busy in your free time: Being a mom to twin 7-year-old boys. And if that doesn’t take all my free time, staying fit enough to keep up with them by running, cycling, alpine and Nordic skiing.
Favorite career moment: Representing Team USA at the 2004 Olympic Games in triathlon.
