When did you start at USAT: October, 2012
Roles and responsibilities: Create, manage, market and moderate all live and archived USAT webinars for the sports development program. Serve as live moderator for webinar events and symposiums, engaging speakers and audiences in an active Q&A based on content material at the end of webinars. Update content management system on a daily basis to market online events. Maintain and build relationships with potential and repeat education presenters, as well as other NGB and educational networks. Serve at USAT race events and coaching education clinics. Coordinate entire webinar program, including working with sponsors and other USAT entities. Produced Level II coaches training manual for the 2013 Level II coaches clinic held in Kona, Hawaii, in October and currently building curriculum for Coaching Business Innovation Retreat and programming for the Equip*Africa fundraising effort with Africa Triathlon Union.
Favorite part about USAT: Serving the organization, staff and athletes with educational programming.
What keeps you busy in your free time: Serving on the USOC Young Professionals Civic Committee and being involved in community events.
Favorite career moment: Being named a 2014 Rising Star (top 30 young professionals under age 40) by the Colorado Springs Business Journal.
