Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating all research activities across the organization to create a competitive intelligence program, ensuring that any needs for statistical information and trends of sport consumption are met. I oversee projects like post-race surveys, comprehensive membership demographic data collection, economic impact reporting and sport development through focus group facilitation. I also work with our National Events department as the Volunteer Coordinator for National Championships.
Favorite part about USAT: Traveling to races and meeting our members.
What keeps you busy in your free time: I stay busy by attending concerts, seeing movies and hiking with my husband and two rescue dogs.
Favorite career moment: NCAA approving women’s triathlon as an Emerging Sport.
