NYC PC Nationals 2007, Placed 2nd. State Champion of Alabama, May 2007, Orange Beach, AL. HOT Olympic Triathlon, Starke, FL August 2006 Placed 1st in PC category. Athletic background: Cycling, swim team, softball, and weight training since childhood. Always stayed physically fit throughout teen and adult years but after being diagnosed with MS in 1998, decided to pursue my dream of competing in triathlon. Participated in a couple of sprint distance events then focused primarily on cycling until three years ago. I’ve also participated in several of the MS 150 Bike Tours and have participated in other organized cycling events.
