Elite Triathlon Career: Began competing for the United States in 2010 after a standout career with Canada • Finished the 2010 ITU World Championship Series as the No. 6 American and 54th overall • Grabbed an 11th-place finish at the 2010 PATCO Pan American Championship in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico • Placed 14th and was the top U.S. finisher at the 2010 ITU Elite Sprint World Championships in Lausanne, Switzerland • Was 21st at the 2010 Hy-Vee ITU Elite Cup in West Des Moines, Iowa • Placed 25th at the 2010 Seoul WCS event • Finished seventh at the 2010 Monterrey ITU World Cup and won the Lima ITU Pan American Cup • Placed sixth at the St. Anthony’s Triathlon and was the runner-up at USA Triathlon’s Elite Development Race in Clermont, Fla., in 2010 • Kicked off her elite career racing for Canada and attended her first world championship in 1999 at age 15 and raced in her first ITU World Cup at age 16 • Posted three top-five finishes in Pan American Cup events over 2008-09 • In 2007, also added a trio of top-five Pan American Cup showings • Finished second at the 2006 Ixtapa Pan American Cup.
