Ran for the University of Missouri on a track and cross country scholarship from 2001-2005 and was an eight-time All-Big XII selection • Swam and ran in high school from 1997-2001 • Missouri state champion in cross country in 2000, 1500 meters in 2001 and 3200 meters in 2001 • Raced in the 2005 Chicago Marathon.
