2012 Highlights: Member of the USA Triathlon Project 2016 Program • Made her ITU World Cup debut and placed 35th on March 24 in Mooloolaba, Australia • Finished 16th at the March 3 Clermont ITU Sprint Triathlon Pan American Cup • Finished seventh at Jan. 15 PATCO Championships in La Paz, Argentina.

Elite Triathlon Career: Runner-up in the five-event 2011 USA Triathlon Elite Race Series • Placed fourth in the series finale in Myrtle Beach, S.C. • Won the Under-23 national title and finished third overall at the 2011 USA Triathlon Elite National Championship in Buffalo, N.Y. • Placed second at the 2011 Monroe and San Francisco Elite Race Series events, both ITU Pan American Cups • Led the U.S. with a fourth-place finish at the 2011 ITU Under-23 World Championships in Beijing • Also earned third at the Cartagena ITU Pan American Cup and was 17th in the Clermont Elite Race Series Opener • Winner of the 2011 USA Triathlon Collegiate National Championship title Tuscaloosa, Ala. • Made her elite debut at 2010 USA Triathlon Elite Nationals in Tuscaloosa, Ala. • Finished second at the 2010 Puerto Vallarta PATCO Pan American Under-23 Championships.

Athletic Background: Ran cross country and track for three years at the University of Florida and was a member of SEC Championship indoor, outdoor and cross country teams • Ran track and cross country and swam at Satellite High School for three years • Won a pair of team cross country state titles and three team swimming state titles.

Daughter of Kathleen and Randall Shiver • Has two sisters, Ashley and Nicole • Married to Ed Donner • Mother has run the Boston Marathon • Sister Ashley currently runs track and cross country at the University of Georgia • Graduated from the University of Florida cum laude in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in applied physiology and kinesiology with a specialty in exercise physiology • Currently enrolled in the doctorate of physical therapy program at the University of Florida • First-ever triathlon was one of the Clermont, Fla., sprint series races with her mother when she was 12 years old.
