Start a Club

The 2013 Club Membership fee is a flat $50.  All clubs expire on December 31.  Only registered clubs with a complete application will appear on the club listing of our website.

To manage your club account, you must first activate your personal account. If you already have activated your new account, please move to the next section.

1. Please visit http://www.usatriathlon.org to register your club for the 2012 season.
2. Select the "Join and Renew" link to the right
3. Click the red button labeled "Sign Up" in order to activate your personal account
   • Note: all club representatives must create a personal account to manage their club
4. Enter Last Name, Birth Date, and Gender and click "Continue".
5. A list of potential matching accounts will be displayed.  Select the appropriate account.
6. Verify membership data is correct by reviewing data and clicking "Next" on each screen.
   • Step 4 will ask you to affiliate a club to your profile. This does not indicate you're the club representative, it allows members to be associated with your club. As a club representative, you will be able to monitor each athlete affiliated with your club.
7. Once in the system, click on the "Club" tab on the top of the screen.

1. Log into your Online Dashboard/Personal Account at http://www.usatriathlon.org
2. Click the "My Account" button
3. Once logged in, please click on the "Club" tab on the top of the screen.
4. Click on the link to register your new club
5. Follow the online steps to register your club
6. Click the "Club" tab on the top of the screen
7. Choose your club's name from the drop down box to view your club profile
8. Download the blank roster form and upload the document to the site
9. Click on "Print Club Certificate"
10. The club registration process is complete

Once you register your club online, please print your 2012 club membership certificate via your online club profile. Be sure to check for your club listing under Find a Club. Allow at least two weeks for your listing to appear. Thanks for your help to update and expand the triathlon club community!
