USAT’s Continuing Education Department will be offering a Swimming Technique & Drills workshop as well as a Train Like a Runner for Triathlon Success workshop in Seattle in conjunction with the USAT Level I Coaching Clinic. In this 2 hour workshop Ian Murray, USAT Level III Elite coach will take an in depth look at swimming techniques, methods and drills to help coaches and athletes increase their efficiency in the water. This will be a lecture based workshop that will incorporate dry-land training techniques that can be applied in the water. Attendees will walk away with increased knowledge on proper swimming technique and specific drills to incorporate into daily training to be the most efficient swimmer in the water.
