Thank you for helping to make the 2009 National Junior Olympic Festival a great race! USAT had a wonderful time putting on the race and having you in our hometown. We hope to see each of you again next year.
The date and location of the 2010 race will be announced within the next few months.

Tell Us Your Story & We Might Share It With Everyone!
If you participate in the 2009 Junior Olympic Triathlon Festival, we want to hear from you. Please write us a letter telling us all about your race experience. We will pick one letter from each age group and print it in USA Triathlon Life magazine. The authors of the winning letters will also receive a cool prize package from USA Triathlon. You can write about any of your experiences surrounding the race: getting to the race, what you did to prepare, your favorite part of the race; anything. What we really want to know is how much fun you had! To be considered for this contest, your letters must be received by USAT by August 17th. That is just one week after the big race. Have fun writing, and we can't wait to read your letters.

ZumTri
ZumTri is a new web-based Flash application that shows a virtual race, complete with swimming, cycling and running animations of athletes competing against each other on a map of the course. The technology converts chip-timing results into an interactive race visualization by calculating the athlete's pace to estimate positions throughout the race.
