Team USA Qualification
The 2009 Age Group National Championship will qualify athletes for the 2010 International Triathlon Union (ITU) World Age Group Championship. This race is scheduled for September 11-12, 2010 in Budapest, Hungary. There will be 18 slots on Team USA available per age group, with slots rolling down to 25th place. More on Team USA and the Age-Up Rule.
You will be contacted within the next two weeks if you have qualified for the race in Budapest.

Heat Illness Study
The Department of Sports Medicine at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is researching heat illness in endurance athletes. If you attempted a marathon, half marathon, or triathlon within the past two weeks then you may be eligible to complete an online survey about your race. The survey takes 5-10 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. This will not affect your participation in future races.
