Ithaca Triathlon Club hosted USA Triathlon's Sprint National Championship at Cayuga Lake in Trumansburg, NY.

Distances
Swim: 750 meters
Bike: 14 miles
Run: 5k

Athletes who competed in this sprint-distance championship experienced a swim in one of the central New York region's crown jewels – Cayuga Lake – followed by a bike along scenic, rolling hills and a run near the lake shore through the shaded and magnificent gorge trail to Taughannock Falls, the highest waterfall in the Northeast.
