2013 ITU Pan American Cup
Race Distances: 1500m (2 laps) Swim/ 40k Bike (8 laps)/ 10k (4 laps) Run
Course Description: Swim course will be in an excellent spectator friendly lake with viewing points from several areas. **SWIM PRACTICE will be held on Friday, May 31st from 11am to Noon. The bike is on clean urban roads. The course is slightly hilly but fast. Each major intersection and turn around will be traffic controlled with directional assistance. The run course will have mile markers at every mile. It has some false flats, but overall the course is fairly flat. Aid stations will be located approximately every 1 mile.
Average temperature on race day: low 75 - high 95.
