InCYde Man Clinic
This is the first anual winter clinic held by the Iowa State Triathlon Club. The clinic will focus on improving all aspects of triathlon-swimming, biking, running and transitioning. It will incorporate informational session on topics including injury prevention and sports psychology, as well as active workout sessions in swimming, biking, and running which demonstrated effective ways to improve in these sports.
