Thursday February 7th – 1-3pm - Check-in at The Lodge at Ventana Canyon Country Club – USAT License required or purchase one-day – Tait Yoder, Founder of the Star Wrap, introduces his product and services – 4pm – Meet in front of the lobby for an easy 1.5 hr warm-up ride – 6- 7pm Pot Luck Meet and Greet Dinner, please bring your favorite side dishes (room tbd) – Friday February 8th – 7:30am- Stretch, foam roll and activation with Lawrence Hererra (:45min) – 9am – 1hr structured swim workout – 10
