Topic: Bike Fitting - Phase 2

In Bike Fitting Phase II webinar Lee Zohlman will delve deeper into how to use the latest technology to accurately fit a triathlete but will also touch on elements of road bike fitting. This webinar will also cover more in depth the foot/pedal alignment connection and how small changes can add up to more comfort and power when cycling. Pictures and diagrams to illustrate various points and methods will be used as well as open forum to answer any questions on Bike Fitting after the webinar is complete. You did not have to be a part of Phase 1 to log on to Phase II but it would be beneficial to go ahead and obtain the Phase 1 webinar to understand completely what is being presented in Phase II. (Phase 1 is available through the USAT archive webinars system).
