Topic: Hosting a Youth Triathlon Clinic

This webinar will cover the basics of running a youth/kids clinic as an introduction to the sport of triathlon/multisport. It covers how to set up a clinic, promote and run a single to multiple day program. The programs presented are based on several years of successful programs that incorporate USAT’s guidelines for working with youth. At the completion of the webinar, coaches will be armed with the outline to set up and run their own programs on a local level.

Tim Josephs

Coach Tim Josephs is a long time multisport athlete and owner of Golden Ring Coaching in Milford, Michigan.   He is also an associate coach for Alive With Mission Me, a not for profit organization committed to combating childhood obesity. In addition, he is the head coach for the beginner adult triathlete program for Running Fit’s T-Rex Triathlon  series.  


Duston Morris

Duston Morris is a long-time personal trainer and multisport coach. He is owner and founder of 3 Sport Fitness, an endurance performance coaching service, and is also the Senior Vice President and Clinic Director for Alive With Mission Me, a not-for-profit organization committed to combating childhood obesity and increasing physical activity through the development of youth multisport curricula and programs. Duston has been recognized for his work in youth multisport, health prevention and promotion, and fitness/endurance training for adults.
