This webinar will teach athletes the proper acclimation steps to racing in the heat including the different heat illnesses and their symptoms. The majority of the webinar will cover proper hydration and electrolyte use in hot weather and how to implement a proper nutrition plan when the thermostat gets turned up.
Bob SeeboharBob Seebohar is a USAT Level III and Youth and Junior Certified Coach and the owner of Fuel4mance, which provides sports nutrition services to endurance athletes. He has an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science and two graduate degrees: one in Health and Exercise Science and the other in Food Science and Human Nutrition. Formerly a Sport Dietitian for the U.S. Olympic Committee and the 2008 Olympic Triathlon Sport Dietitian, Bob currently serves as the consulting sport dietitian and head strength coach for the USA Triathlon National Team as well as co-owner of Elite Multisport Coaching.
