Lab based testing is critical to performance improvements and for gauging where we are and where we are going in the most accurate way possible. This webinar will look at why lab based testing is so important to performance and how to go about incorporating it into our programs to ensure we are training correctly both from a physiological but also biomechanical perspective. This webinar will also look at how we use lab based testing to compare where we are at relative to our competitors as well as take a look at what tests do we need, when and why.
Justin TrolleJustin Trolle is a Level III USAT Coach. Over the past 10 years he has coached International elite athletes in New Zealand as well as elite athletes in the USA including Mark Fretta and Sarah Groff. In addition to his personal coaching programs Justin was the recipient of a 2005 prime ministers scholarship to studying coaching education and systems throughout the world and currently designs and delivers elite coaching mentorship programs through Vanguard Triathlon in Colorado Springs.
