Webinar: Nutrition Strategies from Base Training to Race Day
Topic: Nutrition Strategies from Base Training to Race Day
This webinar will teach athletes how to implement specific nutrition strategies during the base training cycle when volume moves from low to high and intensity is increasing to the competition cycle where speed and power are developed. The body has very different nutrition needs as it moves from base training to race day and the following will be discussed: 1) daily nutrition changes, 2) nutrient timing before, during and after specific workouts and 3) supplementation. Join Bob Seebohar, 2008 Olympic Triathlon Team Sport Dietitian, for this extremely informative webinar that will help you get a better handle on your nutrition this season.
