This webinar will cover swim mechanics from both a quantitative, and practical perspective.
Attendees will learn:
1) What each phase of the swim stroke is, and how it should look/feel.
2) What the difference is (from a mechanics standpoint) between pool swimming and open water swimming in a group.
3) What proper stroke rate should be.
4) How to fix identified deficiencies in your stroke.
This webinar will include video and/or photo examples of underwater stroke analysis recorded by Coach Jesse over the past several years.
