In this two-part webinar, you will be shown how all four are inter-connected and controlled by a “central governor.” In part 2, we will briefly review hydration and electrolytes and then go more into the actual science behind cramping, where we will debunk the rumors and myths about each to ensure you are utilizing the cutting edge of science in your training and racing!
Ryan RiellRyan is a USAT Level II certified coach, the head coach of the Arizona State University Triathlon program and the head coach of the Break Through Elite Racing Youth and Junior Triathlon Development Program. Both his youth and junior elite squads have the distinction of being the only USAT High Performance Team in Arizona, 1 of 3 in the Southwest and 1 of 14 in the nation. Ryan is the president of Break Through Multisport, a nationally recognized professional triathlon coaching company working with professional and amateur athletes across the country. Ryan has two masters’ degrees; one in exercise physiology and biomechanics, with the second in organic and biological chemistry. Sanctioning Status: USAT SANCTIONED
