Topic: Increasing Power on the Bike

Competitive success on a bicycle is highly related to the ability to develop power, which is a measure of work compared with time. The more power you can produce as a triathlete, the faster you can ride a bike. Therefore, a significant portion of an athlete’s training regimen should be focused on increasing power.

This webinar will describe specific steps triathletes can take to increase their power output. As a result of this program, participants will be able to define power, describe the two primary elements of power generation and apply a 5-step process to increase power output.
