In just four years, the Nottingham Kids Triathlon has grown from a small, neighborhood kids triathlon to become the 2011-2012 USA Triathlon Mid-Atlantic Youth Regional Championship. Join USA Triathlon Certified Race Director Brian Lausch as he shares some of his strategies for success including:
• Being a student of the sport; • Fostering relationships with other youth race directors; • Designing a course that’s kid-friendly, safe and fun; • Bringing specific brand activation ideas to sponsors; • Managing growth.
A results-driven marketer, Brian Lausch has 20 years of experience developing new products, creative elements, and marketing strategies that raise brand equity, generate market interest, and drive extraordinary revenue growth in diverse industries and market environments. In May 2009, he founded the MINI COW TRI CLUB, the first youth focused USA Triathlon Club in Maryland, encouraging healthy lifestyle choices through multisport with an emphasis on fun.
