Webinar: USA Triathlon's Women In Leadership Webinar Series Part 3
Topic: USA Triathlon's Women In Leadership Webinar Series: Part 3: How She Became a Member of "the Board"
USA Triathlon is proud to introduce this FREE three-part webinar series presented by Rose Snyder and the USA Triathlon Women's Committee designed to inform and motivate women to serve our organization. Our primary goal is to provide insight about leadership and inspire women within USA Triathlon to step into leadership roles. In particular, we hope to increase the number of women in key leadership positions in the following areas: events and local or national governance.
In order to meet this goal the webinars will focus on the following areas:
• Networking/Navigating the Culture
• Women Pioneers
Please join us for one woman's journey from local volunteer to national board member. We will discuss how to network and navigate your way to becoming a successful volunteer--even perhaps serving one day at the National Level. This journey is based on several interviews with key women leaders within the Olympic movement. We will allow a significant amount of time for questions and discussion.
Please be aware that no CEUs will be available for this webinar.
Rose is a nonprofit governance consultant and has worked with USA Triathlon since 2006.
