Webinar: End of Season Review
Topic: End of Season Review
If we fail to learn from the mistakes of the past then we are doomed to repeat these mistakes. I believe that the end of season review process is critical to ongoing success. If we don’t review we cannot isolate what worked and what didn’t. Success in coaching is directly linked to determining what the key limiters to performance are. It is for this reason that we need an effective end of season review.
This presentation will cover the following things:
• How to plan and conduct your athlete review
• What to look for in your review and how to rank your findings in order of importance
• Taking your findings and applying these findings to future training and racing relative to your long term planning.
• Putting in place ongoing review systems to ensure our athletes continue to move forward.
