The webinar will cover an overview of the government filling forms, creating a board-of-directors, bylaws, conflict of interest policies and the pro's and con's of founding a nonprofit organization.  At the end of this webinar you will have a basic understanding of whether you want to create or turn your business into a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization and the process you will go through.
