Webinar: Mental Fitness - The 5th Cornerstone
Topic: Mental Fitness - The 5th Cornerstone
This webinar will discuss the fifth component to triathlon performance; mental fitness! It is focused on those athletes who despite improving their training year after year have a difficult time showing their fitness on race day. This is often one of the most frustrating situations to be in as an athlete or coach. It can also be one of the toughest situations to solve. This webinar will address one of the most common reasons for this, and strategies to get around it!
What You Will Learn:
(1) Why competition can be so nerve racking, (2) how to avoid and/or manage these pitfalls on race day and in training, and (3) how to perceive race day and training situations to create mental fitness.
