This webinar will discuss how athlete's can see their own mental fitness and whether or not mental compensatory measures are being used effectively. Webinar attendees will further appreciate and understand the use of imaging, cue words and scripts, used to enhance mental fitness, in athletes. Lastly, how to interpret and use these tools to inform future training/racing, both physically and mentally, will be considered.
What You Will Learn:
(1) Which tools are presently available to assess mental fitness, (2) the roles that imaging, cue words, and scripts play on race day, and in training situations, to create mental fitness, and (3) how all of these tie together to measure and enhance overall mental fitness.
