Tim Crowley

Tim has been a trainer, coach and elite triathlete for over 20 years. He received his degree from Springfield College in Athletic Training. Growing up the son of a high school teacher and coach, Tim has been around coaching and training as long as he can remember.

Tim is Founder and owner of TC2- Training and Coaching ( www.timcrowley.biz). He coaches and trains both athletes and coaches. He is a frequent presenter at National and International Conferences, and is a regular contributor to triathlon publications.

In 2009 Tim was awarded USAT's Elite Coach of the year, as well as USAT Development Coach of the year in 2007.

Tim holds Elite Coaching licenses with USA Triathlon and USA Cycling. In addition, He is an American Swim Coaches Association (ASCA) Level II coach and a certified Strength and Conditioning specialists with both NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and NASM (National Academy of Sports medicine) and USA Weightlifting.

As an athlete Tim has raced in over 300 triathlons. He has raced for Team USA, and The Hawaiian Ironman. He regularly competes in triathlon, Cyclo-cross and winter triathlons. He is the personal coach of Jarrod Shoemaker, Alicia Kaye and several other elite athletes.
