Mike Groaning

Mike is a Level 1 and Youth & Junior Certified Coach, as well as a Certified Race Director for USA Triathlon. Mike holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Colorado State University, where he began cycling and coaching youth ice hockey before discovering triathlon. He currently is serving on the USA Triathlon National Points Ranking Committee and is the founder & Head Coach of Haka Multisport where he is focused on developing triathletes at all levels. Mike organizes several races in Indiana and Colorado including the Mid East Regional USA Triathlon Youth Splash & Dash event in Indiana.
