Todd Waldner

Todd Waldner is currently a USA Triathlon Level II and Youth & Junior certified coach and brings over 25 years of triathlon training and racing experience to the iCAN Junior Triathlon Club, which he founded in 2006.

As the first youth focused club in central California, iCAN has reached over 235 members. With annual growth of 28%, and an athlete return rate of nearly 50%, iCAN Junior Triathlon Club has established sustainability. Waldner’ efforts led his team to a first-place national youth club finish at the 2011 USAT Youth National Championships in San Diego and two consecutive Overall Team Championships at IronKids. Waldner has coached team members to USAT Youth National titles in 2009, 2010 and 2011, as well as IronKids National titles in 2010 and 2011. 

In addition to his USAT coaching certifications, he is a USAT certified Race Director and USA Cycling Certified Cycling Coach. Waldner brings years of experience in business development, management, sales and marketing. With a long-standing involvement in the field of motivation, Waldner brought the necessary components together to develop a very successful and sustainable club model.
