Webinar: Coaching and Training Groups with Mixed Abilities
Topic: Coaching and Training Groups with Mixed Abilities
As coaches of triathlon teams and clubs, you know it can often be difficult to prevent boredom or intimidation during training sessions. Joella Baker has created a team dynamic in which her group can train together in many disciplines while still helping each athlete, from the 10:30 miler to the 5:30 miler, reach their personal goals.
