Jim will discuss how to use this information to make training decisions, and also introduce quadrant analysis to discuss how this can be used to assess execution of workouts, and athlete tendencies.

Jim Vance
Jim Vance is a Level 2 and Youth & Junior Certified Coach for USA Triathlon, as well as an Elite Coach for TrainingBible Coaching. He holds a Bachelors in Physical and Health Education, K-12, from the University of Nebraska, where he ran track and cross country. He is the founder and Head Coach of TriJuniors, a USAT High Performance Team in San Diego and in 2011, he was named the US National Elite Team Head Coach for the Duathlon World Championships.
