Paratriathlon 101 is a FREE webinar and open to any and all interested athletes, coaches, race directors, or constituents of USA Triathlon. This webinar will be a brief and very basic overview of the current Paratriathlon landscape in the United States with information on the current classification categories as well as information on handlers, competition rule modifications, and the athlete development pipeline.
*There is no CEU exam attached to this webinar.
Amanda DukeAmanda Duke has been working with the USA Paratriathlon movement since 2010 and was recently named the Paratriathlon Program Manager who will oversee our High Performance pipeline leading up to Rio 2016 and future Paralympic Games. Amanda is a current USAT Level 2 race director and a USAT Level 1 coach. Prior to moving into the High Performance team to work on the Paratriathlon initiative full-time, she was the National Events manager where she oversaw the planning and execution of USAT’s owned-National Championships as well as the age group Team USA program. Amanda currently lives in Colorado Springs and works full-time with USA Triathlon.
