Dr. Josh Axe
Dr. Josh Axe is an author, radio host, physician for professional athletes, and triathlete, has authored the booked The Real Food Diet and operates two very popular health sites www.draxe.com and www.burstfit.com. Dr. Axe has been a physician for many professional athletes. In 2009 he began working with the Wellness Advisory Council and the University of Michigan Swim Team. He worked with professional swimmers including Ryan Lochte, Peter Vanderkaay, Matt Grevers, Tyler Clary and Cullen Jones, giving advice on nutrition and providing musculoskeletal work on the athletes to increase their performance. He most recently traveled to the 2012 Games in London to work with USA athletes. Dr. Axe travels the country speaking on health, fitness, and nutrition. Dr. Axe graduated with a B.A. from the University of Kentucky and earned his doctorate from Palmer Chiropractic College in Port Orange, FL.
