Registration Process

The registration process will begin on January 7, 2013. Team captains will need to start by downloading the below excel document for each individual race and fill out their specific rosters for each race and submit it to USAT registration.

Event Cancellation / Modification Policy
In the event of extreme weather, natural disaster, community disaster or other unforeseen emergencies, our action steps will be as follows:

1. USA Triathlon, in concert with local officials, will make the final decision based on safety of the athletes, spectators, vendors, volunteers and others affiliated with the event.
2.
USAT may, based on the conditions of the course, shorten the distances or cancel the event altogether.
3.
Because costs of the event have already been paid out to cover various levels of production expenses,  there will be NO REFUNDS, transferred entry fees or future complimentary entry fees.

Race T-Shirts
Note: If your race shirt does not fit, bring it back on Saturday to the info/volunteer check-in tent to potentially swap out your shirt for a different size. There will not be any shirt exchanges during packet pick-up. You will be given the shirt size you signed up for during the registration process while sizes are available. T-shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed since shirts are ordered in advance of all athletes registering. USAT recommends that if you want a certain t-shirt size to arrive early to packet pick-up.

2013 Competitive Rules
Before athletes and team personnel register they need to read the 2013 COMPETITIVE RULES and all qualification standards for the race or races they will be participating in at Collegiate Nationals. If you have questions regarding the qualification standards you can contact the National Events Department at
nationalevents@usatriathlon.org. If you are having problems with the registration process you can contact USAT at registration@usatriathlon.org
