Field testing is a powerful performance improvement tool that allows coaches and athletes to create training zones and pacing strategies, evaluate training effectiveness, and identify performance weaknesses and limiters. This webinar describes a variety of field tests triathletes can use to evaluate swimming, cycling and running progress. As a result of this session, you will be able to describe the benefits of setting up a field testing program, apply a variety of field tests on an ongoing basis, and use field testing to improve training quality and race strategy.
