Coach Tim Edwards will share the essentials to dip your toes into the sport as well as how to utilize equipment to maximize your performance out on the race course.
Tim Edwards is a USAT Level 2 coach from Cleveland, Ohio and the owner of North Coast Endurance Coaching LLC. He is the head coach of the Cleveland State University Triathlon Team as well as head coach for Lifetime Fitness Masters Swim Team (ASCA certified) and a USA Cycling L3 coach for many cyclists (road, track, CX, and MTB) in Ohio. Tim is a Cat 2 cyclist on the road, a Cat 1 on the trail, and races triathlons at the elite AG level.
