Webinar: Strength Training for Multi-Sport Endurance Athletes
Topic: Strength Training for Multi-Sport Endurance Athletes
Not convinced that time spent on strength training will lead to improved strength, speed, or reduce the risk of training injuries? Strength training can be an ally to multi-sport endurance athletes if your program design targets proper balancing of the primary movers (muscles that move your forward) versus the muscles that oppose the primary movers, or oppositional muscles. This course will help clarify how to create better balance in strength training program design so you can maximize your results by improving speed, strength, and resistance to injury.
