Kristina Pinto, Ed. D. is a running coach, writer, and mother who specializes in women’s health and wellness. RRCA-certified to coach distance running, Kristina earned her doctorate in education from Harvard and has published about women’s psychology and fitness in many forums. Her work has appeared in Runner’s World and Women’s Running magazines, and her book Fit & Healthy Pregnancy was named one of the top running books of 2013 by Competitor Magazine.
