When athletes decide to begin competing in ITU races, meaning draft-legal races, many are unprepared for the complexity and high caliber of the competition that awaits them.

This webinar will discuss the basics of ITU racing including race dynamics and qualification standards.  Dave Burgess, founder and head coach of Podium Training Systems, will dive into specified training, tactics, and how race preparatory specifications change with the move to draft-legal racing.  Additionally, navigation of the ITU points system and tips on long-term planning and goal creation management will also be discussed.
