Webinar: Race Recovery – A Structured Way to Determine How Soon You Can Race Again
Topic: Race Recovery – A Structured Way to Determine How Soon You Can Race Again
This webinar offers a structured approach to analyzing race recovery time. Rather than cookie-cutter recommendations on getting back to the starting line after an intense racing schedule, running and triathlon coach Jeff Horowitz offers a series of questions for you to answer that will lead to a realistic strategic race plan.
In this webinar, you will learn to do a post-race analysis that factors in:
- Race preparation
- The race course
- Split times
- Post-race experience
Set yourself up for a great racing season by setting realistic, process-focused, fact-based goals for resuming training and racing. Though race recovery can’t guarantee that you will hit all of your race goals and avoid injury, this method will offer a valuable tool to ensure best pursuit of your race ambitions.
