Course Description

Transition will be located adjacent to Henry Maier Festival Park along the shores of Lake Michigan.

Directions Distance
1. Mount your bike on Art Museum Dr. and head north to E. Michigan St. Go .04 mile
2. Turn left (West) on E. Michigan St. Go .06 mile
3. Turn right (North) onto N. Lincoln Memorial Dr. Go 3.36 miles
4. Turn around at N. Lake Dr./ E. Kenwood Blvd. 
5. Once turned around continue back on N. Lincoln Memorial Dr. (South) Go 3.36 miles
6. Just after East Michigan St., merge onto the exit ramp of I-794/Lake FWY
All I-794 bike traffic during the race will be in the north bound lanes of I-794
7. Follow I-794/Lake FWY (South) to E. Howard Ave. Go 4.50 miles
8. Exit I-794/Lake FWY via the entrance ramp Go .13 mile
9. Turn left (East) and continue on E. Howard Ave. toward S. Lake Dr. Go 1.21 mile
10. Turn right (South) onto S. Lake Dr. Go. 3.07 miles
11. Turn around on S. Lake Dr. before getting to E. College Ave.
12. Once turned around continue back on S. Lake Dr. to E. Howard Ave. Go 3.07 miles
13. Turn Left (West) onto E. Howard Ave. Go 1.21 mile
14. Use the entrance ramp for I-794/Lake FWY to merge back onto the Int. Go .61 mile
15. Follow I-794/Lake FWY back to E. Michigan St. Go 4.61 miles
16. Turn right (East) onto E. Michigan St. Go .03 mile
17. Turn right (South) on North Harbor Dr.  Go .11 mile
18. Enter Transition Go .59 mile
