Competitor Radio Show to Feature USAT Athletes

Six USA Triathlon National and Development Team members will be on the Competitor Radio Show on Sunday.

Olympian and National Team member Jarrod Shoemaker; Project 2012 athletes Ethan Brown, Matt Chrabot, Kevin Collington, Steve Sexton; Project 2016 athlete Jennifer Spieldenner; and Sport Performance Coach/Junior Program Coordinator Andy Schmitz will be on the show with hosts Bob Babbitt and Paul Huddle. The show will air Sunday, March 1 from 8-9 p.m. Pacific time.

The purpose of Sunday's show is to expose listeners to a subset of USA ITU professionals training at the Chula Vista Olympic Training Center. Most of the athletes are there for a build-up to the early season World Cup races and Pan Am Championships.

Listeners in San Diego/Southern California can tune into the Mighty XX (1090AM) at 8 p.m. Sunday. Others can find the podcast on iTunes or on the Competitor website.
