ITU London WCS Race Previews

Nine athletes from the United States will be racing at the ITU Dextro Energy World Championship Series race in London, England on Saturday, August 15.

The sixth race of the eight-race WCS, the event will offer a sneak peak at the course set for the 2012 London Olympic Games.

Three U.S. women are on the start list: Jenna Shoemaker, Jillian Petersen and Sarah Groff.

Six men will race for the U.S.: Jarrod Shoemaker, Matt Reed, Kevin Collington, Steve Sexton, Mark Fretta and Brian Fleischmann.

You can follow the action live at www.triathlon.org/tv. But you better set your alarm clocks; the women's race is scheduled for 4 a.m. Eastern Time on Saturday. The men's race will start at 7:15 a.m.
