About the Webinar
What can be done to avoid holiday weight gain or at least keep the weight gain to a minimum?
For most triathletes the time period from late October through the New Year is a period where the potential for unnecessary weight gain is very high. Training volume and intensity might be decreased while the availability of food is increased as social activities around the major Western holidays become frequent.
Attendees will need to pre-register for the webinar via ReadyTalk and submit payment information on Active.com by clicking here.
Your registration into the webinar will not be confirmed until payment is received. Payment must be received by 2 p.m. Mountain time on Tuesday, December 16.
Cost for the one-hour webinar is $24.99.
USAT certified coaches earn 1 CEU for attending the webinar.
