Join Sara McLarty, one of the top swimmers in the sport of triathlon, on Wednesday, January 28 at 11 a.m. Mountain time for a webinar on how to train in a pool to prepare for open water swimming.
This webinar will include pre-race strategies for the swim, the mental game in open water, starting methods, drafting, breathing, stroke alterations, sighting, turning and much more.

About the Presenter
Sara McLarty is widely known as the fastest swimmer in triathlon. She has been a professional triathlete for five years and has never been beaten out of the water in triathlon. Sara swam for the University of Florida from 2000-2004 and has a silver medal from the pool swimming World Championships and a bronze from the open-water World Championships.
